Once hired we sit down and provide guidance and vendor help if needed.  Then six weeks before your wedding, we have two (2) one-on-one meetings.  This helps us get all the information needed allowing us to be great Wedding Day Directors for you. 

As always we will be there at the rehearsal, working with the officiant, and finalizing any last minute changes.
