We start with four basic one-on-one meetings (Wedding Planning, Reception, Cermony and Final meeting). We will help you complete our step-by-step
worksheets and make sure everything is being handled properly.
The rehearsal and wedding day hours are as follows:
- 2 hours of Coordination of wedding rehearsal with officiant
- Up to 10 hours of On-site day of coordination with a planner & 1 assistant
- Management of: setup, vendor arrivals, floral distribution
- Coordinate entrances with wedding party and vendors throughout the event
- Monitor and resolve any unexpected situations
- Distribute any final payments for vendors
- Collect and secure all wedding gifts and keepsakes at the end of the night
- Make sure everything is taken care of before Bride & Groom depart
- Return any cake rentals or other small rented props or linens
